The property/hotel is in a good location, but it needs complete renovation. Everything has become old and worn out. New beds, towels, and other amenities are required.

Clean. Calm. Good food. Polite staff. We arrived on an early flight and had to wait for our room to be ready. The manager saw our kid struggling with sleep, and offered us an early room with an upgrade. Best place to stay around Gachibowli stadium.

Staff attitude and their approach to customer Staff is not customer friendly,, even though I have early checkin in my booking, made to wait when I requested to need room for 30 mins to freshnup.At breakfast staff don't listen to customer needs after breakfast lady came running to me saying you haven't paid for buffet to be told you are checking wrong room no, no apology no sorry just went
The staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to oblige. The location for me was excellent.
I only have one gripe. There were hardly any plug points in the room specially next to the bed. Everyone today looks for a charging point right next to the bed.

We booked a suite room and it was better than the likes of Taj in many ways. The furniture was a bit worn out occasionally but the sizes of bedroom, living room, and kitchen were simply amazing. With natural light all over the place in lobbies it was very refreshing. Ample parking. Very close to ISB.
Breakfast is bad. Taste wasn't good for anything. Even simple items like idly/vada/sambhar and poha didn't taste good.

Elevators are too scary. Decades old and not sure when a disaster might happen. Irresponsible and senseless staff. Aircon’s aren’t working / working with noise in the rooms. May be i need some additional sheets to describe what I didn’t like about the property. Everything in this hotel is worthless and scrap.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection. The staff at breakfast was very forthcoming and helpful. The location is great. The hotel is next to a park, away from the main road, which is good for smaller children. The pool is heated.
The check-in staff was rather unfriendly. The coffee should be of much better quality for a hotel of this class. Room service was delayed every day.

The room does not have adequate power points to charge the laptop or mobile. There is no power point near the bed. TV power was not working so it was attended by the person with the extension board.
This property is sold under luxury category. The environment, staff and facilities are in terrible condition. I suggest booking. Com to remove this property from the link. I see this as cheating your customers

Rooms are disgusting..pathetic with bad odor of rotting. Seriously don't recommend as there is NO ventilation in these rooms. Management should bloody invest money to redo the health and safety in the hotel!! Foreigners DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
